Took the boat to Lodore Pier and then walked 3.5 miles back along the lake.
Pleasant boat trip and easy walk with some great views.
The car park is VERY expensive and the loos are 40p

Spent a lovely afternoon cruising round the lake. Able to hop on and off the boats at numerous jetties for 1 complete round of the lake, family ticket was £25 so good value. Stunning scenery with glorious views
We had stayed in the cottage a few years ago, but now the field down by the lake was fenced off with sheep in it was disappointing and could not let the dog off his lead as not sure whether sheep would be around.
Such a lovely litttle place around by the marina lovely walks along the waters edge . Little national trust shop a drinks cabin and somewhere to eat in the theatre . Lots of ducks to feed kids loved it .
