Fort Paull is the only fully intact Napoleonic Fortress in the North. Covering 10 acres of land this Museum is full of Underground tunnels and rooms, fantastic exhibits and on most weekends throughout the Summer, fantastic displays and events. The Fort is also the home of the worlds only surviving Blackburn Beverley Aircraft. There is also a fully licenced bar and tea rooms on site.

Interesting, quirky place to visit. Doesn’t look like it has been touched since it opened, but that makes it even more interesting. Health and safety is non existent which also makes a change. The tunnels are fun and scary for the kids. Overall a good...More

Fort Paull is a great destination for a military history buff. I really enjoyed learning about the Fort and some of the displays were thoughtful and informative. I intend to go back on my own to delve further into the history. Unfortunately the Fort has...More

This place is absolutely fantastic, there is so much to do and look at. It's a real shame there is hardly any investment in the place because it's an absolute gem. If it received investment in its upkeep and maintenance it could be a star...More

This was my second visit after a 4 year gap. The hard working volunteers have repainted the Blackburn Beverley and they have done wonders on the smell of an oily rag! I was made very welcome and enjoyed my visit.

An old fort of the Napoleonic era guarding the approach by sea to Hull. Used extensively upto and including post WW2. Now a museum wth lots to see. Also now used for events.

Went there for a WW2 planned event with the kids. It's a bit limited to be honest. Was expecting a bit more for the entrance fee and have to say was looking to go home after about 1.5 hours.

I'm not entirely sure because when I went there was no dogs there, I probably wouldn't just for the loud noises and things, in case your dog gets scared. :-)
