What a refreshing change the new landlady is,better than the last couple who ran the pub who seemed to ban all the descent people and just welcome people who they liked, the beer is top class and the service is always with a smile,

Great old style pub hidden away in the old town. Great cheap Sam Smiths beer. Traditional landlord and landlady who are unfortunately moving on. Just a pub full of beer and Hull people.

Great staff, excellent beer and the prices can't be grumbled at. Best pub in Hull, you get the banter you expect in a pub, very good atmosphere at all times.
