About
Bar/ restaurant with rooms 1.5 miles from Tunbridge Wells with superb views. All menus form fresh local ingredients with a friendly and informal atmosphere with open fires in the winter and outside dining overlooking the view in summer.

Well prepared and presented food , excellent value for two courses. Beautiful view over Tunbridge Wells . The service could have been a little more attentive but did not spoil our meal.

Owned by the same people as The Twenty Six in Southborough (a true favourite of ours) the Beacon falls far by comparison. It lacks creative flair, compared to it's sister restaurant. Food expensive, yet failed to WOW us. Would not return.
