Visited here today with my parents. The Call the Midwife Tour was excellent as was The Ropery Tour. The food in the cafe was very good too! The only thing that let this place down was the tour of the Ocelot Submarine. A few years...More

The Historic Dockyard at Chatham is seeped in history - from Tudor times with threats from the Spanish Armada, through to the twentieth century. It is fascinating. You'll need some comfortable walking shoes because it's a large site, but very easy to find your way...More

We visited here with friends last weekend and even though the weather was a bit cold (and later rainy) we had a great time. We arrived just before the dockyard opened at 10.00 am and left about 2.00 pm. However, there was plenty more to...More

Had a great visit with my Dad. Staff exceptionally welcoming & helpful! Site well opened up for comparatively easy access. Must do is a visit to the ‘ropery’…reserve your slot at the entrance…super interesting and a real ‘star’ presenting…!
