Been under new management for a few months now and what a difference it's made - great pub food and fantastic pizzas as well as friendly staff and the whole place is spotless. Nice big fireplace, dart board and jukebox. Definitely worth a visit.

A bit rough around the edges. We went on a Sunday night: there were 6 people in until the Poker Club started in the back corner. Prices were reasonable. Good barman (from Australia)

I would recommend skipping this place, especially of you're not from the UK. Admittedly they have some cool gigs but they were really suspicious of anyone without a UK licence.They almost wouldn't serve my friend, who had a residence permit, and they denied me service...More
