Don't miss this fine walking route. Simple two or three mile round trip from Westgate Gardens out towards Wincheap along the River Stour, Flat pathway - look out for the cyclists and the dog walkers!

Great little river side walk for dogs... we often park at pets at home and walk along the river from there. Loads of places to swim for the dog, nice a quiet too

Easily accessible by a flat walk from the city centre, peaceful area with a profusion of wild flowers and bird life.

I regularly walk from Wincheap to chartham or to toddlers cove using the path here. The place is so pretty and peaceful I feel lucky to have it so close.

Lovely long walk for the dog. Be aware that there is often grazing stock in the fields and if there is then your dog should be kept on the lead.
