Thomas Moore was not executed in the cathedral - that was a different Thomas. Moore was executed on Tower Hill in London.

I visited the church because it supposedly houses the head of the English writer and martyr, Sir Thomas More. It is a quiet and peaceful place with lovely stained glass.

Never got a chance to explore inside, this church looks great from the outside. Set in large church yard north west from Canterbury town center. Located by the busy part of town offers nice and quiet space for tourists and worshipers.
