Have passed this small garden previously and didn't know if it was a private garden. The combination of the brick wall, railings, water and pretty section of garden visible behind is very appealing.

Well worth a visit, a lovely calm tranquil spot, where you can see the flowers bloom, and just take a step back, and chill. Recommended

A garden run by volunteers, this is a tranquil place to wander or sit. There are seats in the sun or shade.

The Dean Garnier garden is in the Inner Close of Winchester Cathedral. It's a medieval garden lovingly maintained by volunteers. It's free to enter and a calming addition to a visit to the Cathedral. A nice diversion, especially on a sunny day.
