I have been coming here since it opened. Unfortunately I've now moved away but I can't express what a wonderful little bar this is to meet with friends and try a tremendous variety of beers. Everything about this place is great, the selection of drinks,...More

Dear Customer, apologies for your disappointing experience. Unfortunately Vaping is something we have tried to manage on a case by case basis but occasionally people seem to be very inconsiderate of other customers. There are certain devices which create huge clouds of smoke and spoil...More

This is a micro pub, having been a butchers shop, hence the name. There is no bar, so to get a drink you need to que along one wall & order your drinks from a server. They have an excellent selection of casket & bottled...More

This really is how all pubs should be - back to basics. Good beer (and a great changing choice), a few tables and no mod cons. The bar can quickly get crowded and you'll likely have to share a table but that's all part of...More

Been meaning to visit this local rustic ale house for a year now and this visit finally materialised last week! Friendly hosts, cosy and welcoming. The ales were great too. Way much better than the local pub! Love it!
