Loved the old pier and railway at the Hythe end. The ferry is looking a bitvtired but I guess thats not surprising due to its age and probable lack of funds to maintain it? Still worth a trip to see the cruise liners up close.

Took a return trip to see the cruise ships. Not many passengers on board. Used the train back along the pier. Nice way to travel. Lots to see. Useful to get into Southampton.

The boats are a little on the older side perhaps, but it`s a nice trip across the water with views of large areas of the port.
