We visited the Southampton museum yesterday and it was fantastic! Alot if hard work & research has gone into providing a great display on the Titanic! Very professional even though we had to ask 3 people on the street where it was.

We were quite surprised when we accidentally stumbled on the church, we were looking around the city walls whilst waiting to join a cruise ship, how ironic to see this fitting memorial.

We spent the afternoon completing the Titanic Trail in Southampton. It was a lovely walk on a lovely day, and we were surprised at how many places there were with reference to the ill fated Titanic voyage, despite living in Southampton for years. Its amazing...More

I loved it. to hear witnesses albeit much later in their lives was fasinating. Also you need to get the context of the town and the time to appreciate just how big a disaster this was to the town. A good walk history and opportunity...More
