This is a great ale house that ale drinkers and like minded individuals frequent, a friendly atmosphere with staff who are very apt at recommending and describing the drinks on sale.

A semi regular customer for nearly a year, the bookshop alehouse offers a huge choice of ales, lager and cider. Offering a friendly atmosphere in a niche setting, this is one of the best micro pubs around.

Great little micro pub which we have been meaning to visit for ages. There are quite a few similar establishments in Southampton and this is one of the nicest. It has a bit more space than others and a great, friendly atmosphere. There is also...More
