Great location for a beer garden, just off the common, but never feels too crowded. Refurbished last year (?) and well stocked with good beers and cider.
Fabulous food, really great burgers, good decor, nice staff. Good pub all round.
Been here a few times allways have sunday roast... good service by a lady called gemma.. good home cooked veg . Very hot . Lovely beef that melted in your mouth and very tasty pork.. this is one of my favourite sunday lunch with scrummy...More
Had the Sunday Carvery here recently we could not fault it, excellent choice of fresh vegetables and very good customer service. The bar staff were also helpful and knowledgable about the real ales on offer.
