Had a lovely walk round Southsea Rose Garden very peaceful with the smell of the Roses and Sea air drifting through the area.

This place is just an oasis of beauty and tranquility and it’s completely free! Come when the roses are in full bloom and their perfume fills the air. Gorgeous!

When the roses are in bloom the gardens are beautiful and the scent is amazing but even at other times of the year just to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet is wonderful.

I love going to the Rose Gardens. Approaching them from any direction is a joy! And then getting my nose in each type to drink in the scent. If you leave by the South exit you are greeted with a unique view of the sea...More

Beautiful space to sit or wander through the roses taking photographs and inhaling the fragrance that is heavy headed and wonderful esp May-July..Kept amazingly all year round
