Well presented and cared for piece of history. Amazing that free to enter and roam around. Dressing up clothes provided. Very nice tea rooms with great cakes and staff. On site Brewery and able to sample ales without pressure to buy.

Worth a visit to look at the history of the area. Easy to get to, plenty of parking on the main road. Great views on the headland especially on a good day.

We spent a pleasant half hour exploring this well preserved fort access is possible to the upper levels where the views are impressive. Lower levels can be taken up with weddings.

Doesn't take long to go through and is very interesting. Just has information on plaques throughout and a donation request.

There isn't much of this remaining (though it might just have always been small), housing a nice restaurant. Very good Friday night atmosphere.

Can never complain when it’s free. This was our first visit here. Provides really good sea views and amazing piece of history. Built during Henry VIII era. Kids had a load f fun roaming round and exploring the tunnels.
