Really beautiful promenade. Separate safe walking for bikes and walkers, walk towards the cliffs towards berling gap or towards tide marsh and new haven. Perfect for solo or group trips.

No frills here - a three mile Esplanade behind a pebbly beach and wonderful views to the horizon. At the Golf Club end there are toilets and a little cafe selling drinks and snacks and ice creams. Parking is free for up to 12 hours...More

This long stretch is usually where we warm up before heading east across the Seven Sisters. It was quiet and a bit breezy but the sky was blue and the views amazing.

A fantastic pebble beach. Very clean from one end to the other. Free park all along the front. Just a short walk in to the town centre with an ice cream van and small chippy on the beach. Completely unspoiled natural beach.
