This is very interesting more so to local residents, or those with an interest in maritime history. When you walk along the beach, you will want to stop and have a look at it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Fort. It was educational and very interesting. A word of advice though...it was a cloudy day and thankfully I had a waterproof on as its pretty cool inside so go prepared. Worth the money.

Sorry you were cold. On a hot day it is lovely and cool and on a wintery day it feels quite warm.

On the outside does not look much but inside is a fascinating look at our recent past. If you are of a certain age, like me, you will see things that we had or used.
