Been here many times but the service today was awful. The manager was so rude and unhelpful. When she told me off because my baby was eating food they don’t sell she said ‘we sell mush for babies’ clearly no knowledge or understanding of young children.

Would highly advise AGAINST one of their parties. We had nothing but problems with ours. Such an awful experience for the children. The place is disgusting. Complete lack of understanding from the staff and subsequent complaint not dealt with at all. Avoid.

We come here fairly regularly (myself, friends and our 2 daughters aged almost 4). We always buy plenty of tea, coffee and cake, the odd plate of spiral fries! I cannot fault the food and drink, it is very tasty and reasonable. The staff however could do with brushing up on their manners (not all of them though). On one occasion we were asked to put away the snack bags for our daughters as it's only food and drink bought at the establishment. She could clearly see we had 3 slices of cake, 2 teas and fruit shoots bought from them 5 minutes earlier. I pointed out out girls were a bit peckish and can be a bit fussy with food. The member of staff ignored me and walked away, she also didn't ask anyone on the other 5 tables that all had food from home out on the tables. It wasn't just that girl, sometime when ordering food and drink they barely acknowledge you. I just feel that considering the type of setting it is, they should be more friendly and approachable, as the kids are watching too.…

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here yesterday, Sunday 3rd November, and I thought it was very good. We had the mega monkey package and would definitely recommend this to anyone. Host was very nice / organised and the food was plentiful. She (birthday girl) unfortunately did not get her Slush Puppie bone cup as per the package, so have emailed Monkey Bizzness this morning to rectify that, but that was the only issue.…
