We visited Brighton with my husbands teenage daughter. As I grew up in Worthing The Body Shop is part of my history - and I always loved their products. 4 years ago my husband and I moved to Wales and I was became employed by TBS......what a shock.......the products are still A-M-A-Z-I-N-G but the way the staff are treated is truly truly dreadful.....Unfortunately my step daughter wanted to go in to spend her allowance....... In short....AMAZING products but don't be taken in by their "values" they aren't worth the paper they are written on…

I love my body butter!!! Can't live without it but unfortunate for me I can't get online and order it. I'm sure others are having the same issues. I finally, after three hours, got through before Christmas but now I want to take advantage of a sale and their website will not allow it. I can't imagine a product this good just wants to shoot themselves in the foot over and over an over again! Too painful to order. Guess I have to switch to Bath and Body Works...yikes!…

The Manager at the Wembley Park store was simply amazing. Despite a billing issue she was very accommodating and kind. I strongly recommend anyone in the UK considering a store visit to skip all other stores and visit this one for the most responsive service and best service visit. I was a tourist when I visited and can assure you of nothing but the best in service at the store. The pricing is better here than any high Street store, by far! Please do visit this store as you will walk out with a truly positive feel. Madame manager, keep it up and I assure you that this will be the best performing store, ever! …
