Stopped here to get out of the bank holiday rain! Most tables were reserved however they put the time on there so you're able to sit there until the reserved time. Book if you definitely want to eat as it gets busy.

Popped in for lunch. Ordered from the sandwich menu - pulled pork and a pastrami were both huge and served with hand-cut/skin on chips. £7 a head. Quick, attentive service in a popular and comfortable North Laines pub.

Had a lamb burger with feta cheese, totally Greek style, last week and I'm already craving another one! My friend had a amazing vegetarian sweet potato dish. All beautifully presented and very tasty. Will be back!
Great pub for a Friday night, especially if you are part of the Brighton Games Industry secret cabal. Gets very busy, best in summer when can sit / stand outside. Good selection of beers available and friendly staff, even at the most hectic. Great food...More
