Enjoyed a lovely glass of wine at lunchtime outside this fab pub, fun in the sun! Great central location away from the touristy crowds. Apparently, according to my girlfriend, the nachos are to die for, maybe next time, hey?

Fairly standard pub grub but that’s no bad thing - you gets whats you pays for and the cost isn’t so bad for Brighton. Wide range of beers and wines and spirits all served with a cheeky smile

Best chips in town. Delicious! Only had drinks but will try the roast soon. Nostalgia graces the first floor walls. Good atmosphere. Friendly bar staff. Central locations in North Lanes.

Popped in for lunch. Ordered from the sandwich menu - pulled pork and a pastrami were both huge and served with hand-cut/skin on chips. £7 a head. Quick, attentive service in a popular and comfortable North Laines pub.

Had a lamb burger with feta cheese, totally Greek style, last week and I'm already craving another one! My friend had a amazing vegetarian sweet potato dish. All beautifully presented and very tasty. Will be back!

I had the lamb shank and I have to say, it was the most generous, sumptuous, delicious roast I've eaten in many a year. The beer is also top notch.

Great pub for a Friday night, especially if you are part of the Brighton Games Industry secret cabal. Gets very busy, best in summer when can sit / stand outside. Good selection of beers available and friendly staff, even at the most hectic. Great food...More
