Cordwainers is a traditional cobbler and key cutting shop, established in Swanage for over 30 years. We provide all shoe mending and key cutting services, plus other leather repairs and mending jobs. We pride ourselves on being well stocked and unbeaten on price; if you need something we don't have, we will get it for you! We stock a full range of polishes, leather creams, brushes, horns, laces etc and also do hand engraved pet tags in many fun designs. As a twist we also sell vintage! From 1920's handbags to 1950's dresses, you never know what you're going to find in our quirky little shop!

Really useful to have this facility locally and Richard and Bridget are happy to order in specialist shoe colours polish. Its a tempt to look at all the lovely vintage stuff as well.

Such an unexpected surprise, a breath of fresh air, this traditional cobblers is combined with authentic vintage clothing accessories, as well as other vintage items, so worth a visit.

Being a hobby leatherworker, I was attracted to the window display of Cordwainers the first time I walked past. There was a great display of old tools, used by the owner for refurbishing vintage shoes, bags and belts, and also a spectacular selection of vintage...More

Visited swanage a few times over the past couple of years. Found this great shop full of vintage items and as a bonus it has a cobblers in there as well. Great staff very friendly and helpful. Worth a look
