Old Harry Rocks make a marvellous site when viewed from Ballard down. A lovely not too strenuous walk from either Swanage or Studland.

Beautiful location and views. Unsuitable for free running dogs and children due to dangerous steep cliffs.

Still there and looking great. It’s a sight that never bores and the walk across Ballard Down to them is great to.

The last time I visited Old Harry was over 45 years ago. Then I ran up the slopes, this time however we took the more gradual path up from Studland. However the views were just s stunning and memorable. The English Coast is just the...More

We took a small boat trip to see Old Harry Rocks. Took abut 45 mins from Swanage harbour. Great experience to see the Jurassic coast from the sea.

This natural marvel is one of the highlights of this stage of the SWCP - you get to see the rocks from many different angles as you walk along the path. Good as the photos may appear, they cannot do them real justice - you...More

Not sure why they are called Harry but neat to see. Pretty long muddy walk a lot uphill from Swanage but you can come in from another town. Also some people ride bikes or even horses.

There’s no car park nearby as far as I’m aware. We parked in the village next to the pub and walked up. Pay and display car park.

not from either bay as cliff path is very steep, uneven and narrow but from the edge of town at the top of the headland out I would have thought it would be fine in good weather (mainly grass field to cross)
