I have been visiting this beach for over 30 years and it still delivers that wow factor. Loads of soft sand, gentle lapping waves and many amenities around.

This was my first trip to Bournemouth. We went in June of 2018 for 3 glorious and very warm days. The white sand beach was incredible. The front was well kept by the local council and so where the public facilities. Fantastic.

Favourite beach, always very clean and lovely feeling of sunshine and clear water, and theres a lovely park for kids and even an area for pets (which is what probably keeps it so clean). There is also art and a restaurant.

This is my local beach and I am a bit biased! Great park for children and an amazing beach! Also has the new edition of some awesome art! Avoid the restaurant though!

Clean, well thought out and honestly one of the nicest UK beaches i’ve ever seen. Wasn’t too busy on a hot Friday afternoon and take a right at the entrance and keep walking even quieter. Stunning, soft silky sand, clean toilets, gorgeous play park and...More

We loved our first trip to Alum Chine Beach.. especially the 14 month old! There’s a nearby car park which only takes coins, or you can make a phone payment. £6 for four hours.. money well spent in my opinion. There’s a good little play...More

Lovely beach to visit. Great for the family. Love the train you can catch along the beach. It's cheap and fun. Lovely stretch of beach. Plenty of room.
