This was our first visit to the BIC and we were really impressed by the whole set up. Well located for the town centre restaurants and car parks.

Attended for a conference. All that you would expect from a conference centre. Set in a beautiful location, especially when the sun is shining. Nice viewing area upstairs where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by.

Brilliant conference venue with one exception, the chairs in the main hall ! They are linked together but small and uncomfortable (we were seated for nearly 7 hours a day), 2 of my party of 8 received a 'pinch' from the metal based chairs.

Having visited many entertainment centre's and theatres, I have to say the seats at the BIC are the most uncomfortable I have sat on. Apart from that, the centre is basically the same as any other.

Great hologram concert from Roy Orbison and friends. The bars and restaurants pre-concert were good value (compared to the restaurant opposite) but could have benefited from more seating. The sound in the auditorium was superb, but the seats could have been more comfortable and there...More

Gregory Porter was great but spoilt by your poor seating comfort and legroom. Cinemas are setting the seat comfort benchmark, so for a £50 sit down concert ticket you need to deliver more.

Went to see Paul Weller. Good venue. Parking can be tricky so get there nice and early. Best to get in the stalls - Upstairs balcony seats about far away from stage for me.

Attended a conference here in April 2018 and the facilities and surroundings were excellent. Seating in auditorium was spacious and quite comfortable! Plenty of coffee facilities but not many to sit in. However it was nice to stretch legs after sitting. Clean and well kept.

The organisation of which I am a member moves around the country for its annual conference but the BIC is by far the best venue, and the most popular. Large theatre-style hall with good acoustics, spacious foyer, plenty of toilets and reasonably priced places to...More

Not sure. Best thing to do is contact the BIC directly and ask them. I would have thought that because the show is mainly for children, the front seats will be sufficiently far enough away to allow for a normal view of the... More
