The Friday/ Saturday market is well worth a visit; although I prefer Fridays. The veg stalls are excellent value of local Devon grown produce. There is a bread stall that sells cheesy bread and other such flavours - excellent, and do not be put off...More

Would recommend visiting on a Friday or Saturday to visit the market as is worth it. Bought a lovely homemade brownie that melted in my mouth. Had everything from furniture to vintage clothes and cheese.

Totnes is a small city and it has a small market. You can find here old stuff and new, antiques, clothes, hats, fruit and more. Just off the main street of the old city.

Totnes on a Friday - market day! Always lovely local and artisan produce - cheese bread, cakes, meat and fish - alongside hemp products, new and vintage clothing, handmade and second-hand furniture, jewellery and bric-a-brac. Fridays in Totnes are always a good place to be!
