For a free attraction relying on donations it was reasonably interesting combined with the castle and Elizabethan museum certainly helped learn a great deal more about Totnes but very much short and sweet.

Such a pity as the building is fascinating - tucked away in a side alley it is a haven of peace and quiet, but closed. The architecture promises so much more inside.
