An encouraging selection of tasty but unheard of ales from West Country ales but a disappointing array of rules posted inside on the back of the door.

The Nowhere Inn is amazing if you like good beer, interesting characters, have a varied bit not poppy taste in music, and don't want a lot of chrome and glass - don't come here for cocktails, do come if you want interesting conversation

Great music, great beer, great atmosphere, great customer service. You can't say that about many places! Okay, not beautiful but we can forgive ya! Thanks a lot!

Had a great night in this pub. The bar staff were friendly and liked a chat. Ales nicely kept. Friendly regulars. The night I went there was a live band. The band was very good.

I visited this pub and its apparently popular with students and the staff were very nice. They had a pub quiz that night and everyone paid a pound. It also had a music box which provided music for different tastes. It was very noisy and...More

Maybe 8/10 players/singers and an eclectic but mostly traditional selection. Good to watch and sometimes to join in. Pub opens about 4pm, very busy Friday's, still virtually no student following despite being encircled by residences. Pub well run, retaining all its eccentricities and hospitality.

Sadly we don't have a dartboard, but we do have a pool table at 50p a game and a chess board available from behind the bar.
