Great buildings and surroundings but nearly all the bars/restaurants are chain. If that is your thing then go for it, but it looks better than it delivers.

Had a good walk round the Royal William Yard and to make things more interesting there was a food/farmers market on within the yard, Good food and drink to be had in the bars and resturants

This is a must see place. It is beautifully maintained, and the restaurants are varied so would suit any persons budget. They have a farmers market once a month. You can stay at the Royal William Yard too and take a ferry back too Plymouth...More

Hi. We went there as come and go and the minimum carpark charges is £2 for 2 hours and the £10 is good for 24 hours. Hope that helps.
