Did the seafood day ,lovely day relaxed learnt lots of tips , dissected a squid,cooked a sauce and mussels and a few scallops.
Just felt we could have spent less time talking watching and cooked a bit more seafood.

Just had the best time here. A whole afternoon learning how to make Ice cream. Jim is a brilliant teacher, full of fascinating facts, fun, patient and made the whole process a total success. I'm going back for more courses!
We went for a half day meat cookery course. Jim and Lucy were great. Jim is hugely passionate about animal husbandry and welfare and we learnt a number of things about tricks the big supermarkets use to trick us when buying meat.
