A 5 mile challenging but very rewarding walk on the South West Coast Path, with magnificent views and rich wildlife and historical interest. A fine wildflower walk in spring, when the squill and dog violet in the coastal grasslands are followed by...more

For the fit and active these walks are marvellous. Be prepared for scrambling on the footpaths -- not good for buggies or wheelchairs! but great for taking the dog!

Firstly ignore the review saying this is a difficult walk - it isn’t difficult in the slightest! It’s a perfectly nice walk but there is better coastline to be seen in Cornwall. Visit if you have time but otherwise try Kynance Cove, Lizard Point or...More

Never did the whole walk to st ives as it was too hot! The route is described as challenging, that is quite accurate! It needs walking boots as turning your ankle on the rocks is a distinct possibility!its very up and down. Beautiful views though!

Start at Zennor car park in Zennor chapel cafe for £1 all day parking. Walk to Zennor head for spectacular cliff top views. Some area over grown on the path - care and sure footed ness needed.

Exhilarating vistas and interesting people along the way. Good to see folks 18 to 80 hiking from all over Europe.

Fantastic walk, it is challenging and very muddy in places but worth the effort. We saw lots of seals and the views are fantastic. It takes about 4 hours, take plenty of water. The reward is a pint at the Tinners Arms in Zennor, great...More

The cliff path is beautiful and, if you're used to walking, not too strenuous. You can take your time and drink in the unbelievable views if you get out of breath on the climbs. We saw a seal and a peregrine as we traversed this...More

Definitely worth doing, breathtaking scenes of the beautiful coastline, we saw the seals looking down at seal island. The walk goes through some tough bits climbing over big stones for a little bit. Definitely recommend sturdy boots or trainers. Tinners arms was lovely really helpful...More

There are some large rocks in one area (perhaps 40 mins out of Zennor?) which are hard to scramble up so the dog may struggle there....the inland route is a lot easier but smaller dogs may need to be carried over the stone... More
