Well it's quaint I don't think there have been new chairs since I went to see dances with wolves but it has it's own charm ! would be fab with a refurb.

Pity that independent cinemas are struggling but this is a good example of why. Small screen, uncomfortable seats with too little legroom by modern standards, auditorium almost flat meaning kids views hampered if adults are sitting in front of them, and a damp odour. Queuing...More

This is how cinemas used to be - affordable (£5!), great auditorium, even had adverts for local companies...just needed the Pearl and Dean tune blasting out... Definitely worth watching a film here, particularly if you're not a fan of multiplexes. The seats aren't as comfy...More

The cinema being in the town is easy to get to by bus or train .The staff are helpful and attentive - prices reasonable . The latest films available and shown at convenient times
