It was a windy day, but we managed to walk along the beach, the house with the bridge we all found to be fantastic, lovely clean beach, a nice few hours with the lids.....

Great to look out over the beach to see the sea. Full of surfers enjoying the waves even in November. Really love the house located on the rock over the bridge. For me this house is Newquay. Lovely spot that brings back good memories.

The day we visited (October 2018) it was hot and sunny. The beach was heaving with people and the water was full of surfers - no kidding, there must have been 100 or more people out there. There are lifeguards and equipment hire shops. It's...More

I find it incredible that home on the Island survives the weather. I have been to Newquay from 1967 onwards and marvelled at this home above the Beach

Took plenty pictures and when the tides out the sand goes for miles plenty for people to do in this spot

Very nice beach, lots of people visit this beach as it is clean sandy beach and the water is crystal clear to a certain distance. Shops are close by aswell

Yet another beautiful beach but it does get very very busy! Plus, if you decide to take a walk please keep an eye on the incoming tide. Trust me it comes in very quick and it's really easy to get cut off round by the...More
