Beautiful beach , very clean and everything you need is close by. Perfect for families very safe and sheltered. Kayak hire, wind shields, sun beds, deck chairs and toilets that are well maintained. Food, drink and ices within a short distance. Excellent beach.

We were in Looe wandering round the shops and looking at the sights when we came upon the East Beach by accident. It is ideal for families with sand to play on and rocky areas to shelter from the sun or wind and to be...More

WQe went on a very sunny day. The beach has lovely sand and the sea was glistening. It looked so beautiful. We saw a couple of sailing boats out on the sea. Perfect.

Early morning fishing only disturbed by the ladies swimming across the bay and the army of litter pickers and the sand cleaning machine. Gorgeous beach in the town centre what more could you want.

We had visited Looe twice during our trip to Cornwall and didnt even know it had a beach until a local told us on our last day. Was a lovely beach with fantastic views and turquoise water.

Four generations of my family have been coming to this Beach, and a lot of our family not only learned to swim from this beach, but learned about rockpools just the other side of the beach. The council does an amazing job keeping the beach...More

This area is too small and smelly to call a beach. Not well kept and is often very full of rubbish. Private beach owned by town council, so it’s a pity but don’t go to Looe thinking it has a family beach. No dogs allowed.

Visited on two lovely summer evenings. A wander through through the narrow streets of Looe brings you to East Beach. A small bay with soft sand and calm sea. Gleaming seas and wide sands; beautiful photos. It's worth rising early for the sun-rise.
