Lovely little beach with high surf on a wild day and a small sandy beach within a short drive from Falmouth. The cafe has a good range of drinks and great muffins. Well worth a stop on a windy day when there are less tourists.

Despite the locals begging us to keep its secret we have to report this as a charming spot. We used the cafe which was clean and very good value.

This is not the prettiest beach in Cornwall at all, but my grandchildren love it. Close to home. Excellent for water sports and a good little cafe kiosk with ice creams to die for. Ample parking just opposite the pebbly beach. Loos a short walk...More

Another old favourite from when i was a child living 10 minutes walk from this unusual little beach. It is now better serviced that it used to be with a thriving beach cafe and watersport equipment hire facility. If that's not enough, try a game...More

I am blessed that this is out our doorstep. When the weather battered the beach in the storms, the locals helped repair the beach. We all care x

Although August, the beach was fairly quiet and sheltered, ideal for swimming. Small stones with some sand; rockpools at low tide. Lovely walk from Gilly beach or the town bus stops there once an hour. Lovely food & 'special' ice creams available from the cafe

Hello fellow traveller, not sure. Have seen dogs on beach with leash throughout summer. Off leash cannot comment. I arrived in April and the locals go there in all weathers with their dogs, on leash. If you Google... More
