I have visited St Michaels on several occasions for an annual "girls" weekend away and LOVE it.. The staff are great and the whole spa and hotel experience are fantastic. Would recommend booking for lunch and dinner as the food is exceptionak
If you are thinking about this Hotel because you want a four star, quality Spa experience, then DO NOT book. Here are my bullet point comments:

Myself, my Mum and 2 friends had booked a spa package which cost £45 which included the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym and a massage.
The changing rooms were very small and crammed as there were quite a few people in there also...More
