Had a drink up the bar first than sat down at are table, which was -pre booked. Staff and service was friendly and pleasant

Ordered at 7.05, advised picked up in 20mins, ready at 8.15... sat in the bar without an offer of a drink or an apology. When we raised the issues, again, no apology or offer. Rush on in the restaurant = take always get marginalised.

When we arrived, the car park was full- which I normally take to be a good sign when dining out. However we walked into the restaurant and were the only people there!
