That’s it really... except it isn’t, it is a great pub on so many levels, but for me the best thing is the outstanding Belgian beer selection in the menu and the eight real ales... this is how pubs should be and just occasionally they...More

Cosy pub with a real ale emphasis. Also a large range of bottled Belgian beers to sample. Simply furnished and adorned with beer memorabilia. Well worth seeking out in a walk around the city

Good beer selection, warming fire, certainly worth the ten min walk off the high street - but do get directions first

This is what a pub should be like. An endless range of quirky beers to suit all tastes, even a old grumpy like me. A Belgian theme suited one and a half of our party down to the ground and the decor made him fell...More

If you like Belgian beer, well worth it. Populated by a quirky local crowd with live music sometimes. No card machine.

This is a lovely pub to visit and they also support live music and poetry which is to their great credit. I tell all my friends to go if they are visiting Cambridge as it is the opposite of an anodyne soulless experience!

I can see why it's been two years since my last visit. Let's start with the most important bit, the beer. I had a half of Comfortably Numb (the whole reason I visited was for this beer). The beer had not been looked after particularly...More

Awesome atmosphere and excellent Belgian ales! A very eclectic crowd and all very friendly. If I lived here the Elm Tree would be my go to place! Cheers!

I used to go every now and then to this pub. It has a decent selection of Belgian beers, although highly overpriced. However I am never coming back to this place due to the blatant rudeness of one of the owners. He clearly doesn't know...More
