This was my third tour from the Round church and another huge success. Joshua was so pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to listen to as the facts flowed amongst interesting stories and anecdotes. Thank you!

Went into the church and they had an exhibition on. Which was an added bonus. The church it's self is cute, it was great to read about its history. Well worth a visit.

I have been a resident of Cambridge for three years and this was my first time visiting the Round Church. It is architecturally very interesting and the building itself has an impressively ancient history. However, my visit was soured by the exhibition within that left...More

I have lived in Cambridge for two years and have walked by the Round Church often on my trips through town. I decided to have a look inside. I was rather shocked by some of the claims made in the “The Cambridge Story Exhibition.” Let...More

A quirky building easy to find off Bridge Street. It really is a round church! Pretty cheap entrance fee and video on entry informative.

Definitely worth paying a little to see this gem of a church. The panels explain the role of Christianity in the development of scientific thought at Cambridge. It all gets a bit much, and largely disregards the role of people with other or no religions....More

Thanks, Louis B, for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed visiting the Round Church. I'm sorry the panels weren't to your taste - I'm unsure whether or not your saw the film, 'Saints and Scholars', which we also show here. At the Round Church we...More

Popped in on a visit to Cambridge with friend and found this a fascinating introduction. It gives a quick but informative run through the history of the city from the Romans until present day, particularly looking at the role of Christianity in it's development. I...More

Joshua, the resident guide/caretaker made our visit come alive. Do ask him about the people in the scriptorium. Walking tours start here too.

It's round, it's a church. The staff is nice and approachable, there's a tour and a two hour video, but who has that kind of time. We wanted to like this more, left wanting, but ready to go. They did all they could with what...More
