Very large green open space that is used by the students for playing outdoor sports. Plenty of space for everyone and a good place to come with your packed lunch to eat and chill.

There's usually something happening over on Parker's Piece. The open space is vast and it is lovely to walk through or to enjoy a picnic on.

Parker's Piece is just outside the city centre and it's a HUGE open space. There are paths criss crossing it and you will have to avoid cyclists as they whizz past you, therefore you're better staying off the path and walking on the grass. There's...More

I've walked over this green so many times over the years and it never fails to satisfy. The rebuilt University Arms hotel is taking shape in the distance as you walk towards town, and it promises to afford the greatest views.

This is a field, there is a central lamppost. Often muddy and there are frequently irritating sporty people. People with a penchant for marijuana like to occupy the edges. Thoroughly average Park.

Attended a Thai festive here. Amazing place, only recommendation is to get a map to know which way you need to go as it is easy to lose your bearings

Parkers Piece is a delightful expanse of green in the centre of Cambridge. It is good for people watching as it is well used by diverse groups for sports, picnics and the like. Regular fairs and other events make for special occasions too.

This was one of the first few things drawing my attention when arriving at Cambridge on my first day here. It links the city center, the grafton center, my college hughes hall and mill road together.

An excellent and chilly place for some outdoors sport activities -sometime good for a quick bite at 11 or at 17:00
