There is an open space, which is all that can be said about it. Short grass and not much else. It could be used for team sports or sunbathing.

Wonderful open space spoilt by the fact that large groups of students seamed to think it wasn't necessary to put rubbish in the bins after they had eaten which at the end of the day were plentiful.

Huge grass but too crowded and dirty envirionment. The neighborhood also seemed creepy and unsafe to me. Will not visit here again.

A great space that nearly always has something going on. You can sit and have a picnic or just rest and watch the world go by.

Great open space in the heart of the city...on a summers day...fabulous way to spend time doing little or nothing :-)

It's a relatively small green space and, as we come into the summer, is frequently filled with people playing Frisbee, table tennis, tennis etc, or using the barbecue stones for a BBQ. Delightful space and quieter than the centre

Great place to work out, relax, get some sun, or hang out with friends on a nice day. They also have grass tennis courts which are fun!

Large green park on the edge of the city that merges into the common and is a great place to come on a sunny day and chill. The Cambridge beer festival is held here in May.

Good for a stroll or a picnic. This park is a green oasis in the middle of town. In May it hosts the Cambridge beer festival, which is always worth a visit

Sorry for the delay in answering your question, if you are travelling at this time of year it will not be busy at all, I didn't notice a huge crowd in that area when I visited , so my guess would be that it is comfortably... More

Sorry this is so late but I am afraid I do not know if there are any Tennis Courts. There are several "Greens" around the centre of Cambridge and no doubt one of them will have courts.
