We were told that we could walk through the grounds to the Fitzwilliam Museum - but found the exit locked. Not really a great disappointment; the grounds were lovely and gave a small indication of what was to come - what Cambridge is...

This is the only Cambridge college where I've actually stayed, and it is a fabulous experience. The grounds are manicured, and the architecture is on a grandiose scale.

Amazing exhibition. Beautiful exhibition space. Very friendly staff. Really clever colourful paintings. Fun titles for each portrait - artist clearly has a sense of humour. I’ve been back to see it twice.
