Had never taken the time to investigate the interior of the museum, but it is packed with local artifacts from the Gold Rush and beyond. Gift shop has a diverse selection as well.

you can step back in time at this museum alot of interesting artifacts here also ,there is a old car and also also a lot of interesting indian artifacts there too

For such a little town the Museum was unbelievable! It is so much larger than it appears from the exterior and there is even hunts for the kids!

My sons aged 11 and 13 and I enjoyed our scavenger hunt through the museum though the doll can be a little freaky for sensitive kids so I was glad I bought a smudging stick at the gift shop - just felt I might need...More

An excellent look into this town's rich history. Very well set up and very informative. I would recommend this museum for anyone from a traveler just passing on through to a local resident.

We can understand why this is one of the top ten Museums in BC. The exhibits are interesting and put together very well. If you are in Quesnel you should take in this attraction. Very reasonable as well
