“Fully refundable” they said - but you have to read the fine print to see it’s only within 7 days. After that they keep 20% - for nothing.
STAY AWAY from this cemetery and look at better options like Mountain View in Vancouver.
I was scammed by the pre-planning director Li li.
I will tell all my family/friends/clients to AVOID AVOID AVOID this predatory business.

The grass was full of dandelions and weeds. Someone kept stealing the beautiful potted flowers that I left at my parents' graves leaving only plainer flowers behind. It was strange to see the same group of people holding parties at the cemetery every so often. Forest Lawn should have restrictions on parties.

Had occasion to visit here; took some time to stop, look around, and meditate.
Grounds well mowed, and leaves raked. Driveways clear of litter. Parking spaces well marked, windows on buildings all clean. Walk a few paces, it is so quiet it is like having the whole world to yourself.

Unfortunately, I've had to bury my parents, uncles and grandparents there. I personally planned 4 funerals there and can state the following. The staff is very kind, sympathetic and accommodating, as you would expect, but they are also cost conscious which I'm sure is appreciated. The facilities are clean and well maintained although I'm not happy about the inconsistency in the schedule when it comes to removing Christmas wreaths. As I often go, maintenance is something I notice, and it is ongoing.

I stopped by to visit the memorial where my friend rests in peace. This place is very quiet, even thought it is in a busy area of town. The day I went it was raining a bit but it was still a pleasant trip.

The pricing may be a little high, but it's about the same anywhere else.
As far as I know, I will be the third generation in my family to have a spot here.

We had experience very professional service they provide. The grounds are always clean and well kept. Traffic control during the Easter was done very well.

Have a relative that is buried in the Forest Lawn Park. I would say their office and sales rep service is very professional. Forest Lawn and Ocean View are the two most popular private burial places in Burnaby in greater Vancouver. They are expensive, but well managed, and easy to get to. Everything is tidy in the park.
Vancouver city actually has its own Mountain View Cemetery. The price per plot is less expensive. And it is right in the the city with good public transit access.

Peaceful, place to ponder life. Brooks, grass, garden and headstones. Gets more and more crowded as time goes by with new headstones/blocks.
