We had an excellent trek through the woody trails which are well looked after. This was rounded off by a dip (very short) in the crystal clear waters of the pool below the lower falls. Definitely the coldest water I have ever experienced!!

Great place to hike the dog! Always run into others with dogs. Not sure if its officially an off-leash area, but my dog loves running around there.

This is a great place to experience nature at its finest. The falls were breathtaking and the trails were very easy to navigate. Really beautiful and close to Parksville and Coombs

Beautiful hike to see the upper and lower falls. Mother Nature at her best! Popular place today as the fresh snow provided a perfect opportunity to take amazing pictures of the falls and the park.

Most likely due to it being a wet area. We were there early in May and it wasn't an issue but I think it would be prime breeding grounds.
