It is in an awesome location and the water is fairly warm but the beach area has lots of geese droppings. There are better lakes to go to. Also do not take your dogs this is not a dog friendly park on beaches. Great rangers...More

I like to return to this park a couple of times a year. The first parking and swimming area is busier than the one on the far side of the lake. There are basic trails around the lake, trails that go further to a couple...More

The kids loved the play park area, and enjoyed playing on one of the beaches. The picnic area was clean and picnic tables were great, with ample room for a bbq

Close and Quiet - by that I mean it is close enough to Vancouver to get there without to much trouble, and far enough away to get that out of the city and into the great outdoors feeling. The Alice Lake Provincial campground is quiet...More

This is a beautiful provincial park that we regretably have always by-passed on our way to Whistler. There is a lot of hiking trails that have a wide variety of difficulty. We walked around Alice lake as we were short of time, great easy walk...More

Just a regular lake, we were even turned away and asked to find another lake. 10mins later we were allowed to go in. Don’t know why we weren’t told to return in 10-15mins to get into the park. I’d skip this lake if I were...More

A large lake where you can swim, hire paddle boards and kayaks. There was plenty of people here for the holidays. There’s also room to camp and bring your RV.

A pretty little lake not far off the highway but with lots of family activities - play area, fishing, camping, boating, etc. Good toilets too. Walking round the lake was a mile and was an easy but delightful stroll through woodland.

We rented paddleboards from the tourist information center in Squamish. We brought them here to paddle. The lake is beautiful but very heavily occupied. It is worth a stop but I would recommend other less busy lakes in the area. Good spot for a picnic

I also cannot answer this question, but what I do know is Alice Lake is a government Park and would not normally have commercial businesses in the park. Squamish is only 3 miles south, where I believe you would have better... More
