I cannot agree with the reviewers who felt Sandringham overpriced. We had a full day there viewing the wonderful gardens, beautiful house, fascinating museum and the classy visitors centre - all for the sort of fee charged for a run of the mill National Trust...More

What a lovely place to visit the forest with its large wooden carving. Plenty of parking for cars either in large carpark or small more private place inside the grounds. Great for picnics or a leisurely stroll.

Miles of woodland walks to explore . Parking is free . Dog are welcome . Paths are reasonable for easy walking . Some large grass areas for picnics and games.

Arrived there yesterday afternoon with my son and I've got to say what a waste of money. Struggled to find a spot to park and the entrance fee was in my opinion astronomical for what you actually get. The land is quiet nice but nothing...More

First we went round the house. The staff really know some great facts and you actually see the rooms used by the Royals. You see the rooms downstairs and hear some of the history plus modern day stories including seeing the Queen's favourite room. Then...More

I can understand why the Queen chooses to spend Christmas at Sandringham. Compared to other royal properties it's modest in size and has a warm, comfortable, homely feel about it. There are family portraits and photographs everywhere. In April the gardens are quite bare but...More
