Sandringham is one of the Queens residential houses. It is lovely place, quiet, well kept, clean and very interesting place to go. Food was a bit pricey, lots of people picnic there and there was a play area for younger children

Recently spent a few hours visiting the house, museum and grounds and it was most enjoyable. The staff were friendly and informative, but my only negative point would be that you do not get to see that much of the house.

Grounds are beautiful and very well kept. House and museum are well worth a visit. They provide an electric buggy to take people in wheelchairs and those who find it difficult to walk through the grounds to the house and museum. Staff all very helpful...More

Well worth the entrance fee. A must for those who have visited Buck Pal, Windsor Castle, Kensington Pal or Balmoral. But this one is really unique.

Visited as part of a weekend getaway. Beautiful grounds and really enjoyed the museum. Worth a visit if your staying this way. Something different to do.

Recent trip to the Sandringham estate. Entrance price a bit steep and the number of rooms that can be visited in the house is limited. The museum, however, is excellent and the little church where the Queen goes on Christmas Day is utterly beautiful. The...More

There are some very nice brown trout in the lake but fishing it is the last thing you would want to do. Prince Philip is regarded as a very good shot!!

Yes but it is free to walk the grounds and woods but you pay to visit the house and gardens but you do that on entry. I hope you enjoy it.

I think Sandringham isn't open then and when the royal family are around, they don't open either.
