Beautiful parkland with woodland, lakes, huge grassed areas, childrens play area, cafes, Captain Cook Museum and park train trips. Really worth a visit....you can spend all day here. Plenty of parking also.

Well worth a visit especially is you have young children as the play area is very good. Excellent walks and a couple of cafes if you are feeling peckish. Recommend Henrys Café near the Visitors Centre.

as long as your dog is a freindly dog there are only the children's play area that dogs are not allowed there is also a part of the wooded area adjacent to the carpark set aside as a kind of doggy toilet area although there... More

Hi, no there is no entrance fee to the park itself, but a small fee is required to access entry to The Captain Cook Museum. Enjoy!
