Hi I would advise dressing in layers and expect bad weather that way you can always adjust and still enjoy your visit if your not dressed warmly enough then it would spoil your trip. You will need to wrapped up for your walk... More

It's better u do not book it in advance as for a beautiful experience you have to depend on the weather. So go there check the sky, if it's clear then book and enjoy the most enthralling views.
